Through Executive Order S-20-04, a.k.a. the "Green Building Initiative," and the accompanying Green Building Action Plan, the governor calls for public buildings to be 20 percent more energy efficient by 2015 and encourages the private sector to do the same.
Through investment in Performance Polymer Technologies' manufacturing facilities, we have reduced energy consumption well over 25% in the past year. The conversion to more energy efficient ventilation, lighting, and manufacturing systems; as well as raw material and product re-cycling has propelled the company to new efficiency levels!

Performance Polymer Technologies, a manufacturer of Precision Elastomeric Components, announces a milestone achievement in becoming certified to the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems. PPT has achieved the ISO 9001:2008 accreditation from Det Norske Veritas (DNV).
ISO 9001 is accepted worldwide as the inclusive international standard that defines quality. Performance Polymer Technologies underwent a stringent evaluation that included quality management system documentation, process control, and record keeping. The process culminated in a comprehensive registration by DNV. PPT was found to have no non-conformances during the audit process. PPT received its ISO 9001:2008 certificate of registration on July 21, 2009.
The certification of compliance with ISO 9001:2008 recognizes that the policies, practices and procedures of our company ensure consistent quality in the services and products we provide our customers.
